Login Instructions
For Fresh Students (Prospective Portal)
Log in to the Prospective Portal using:
- Username: Your UTME Number
- Password: Your Surname (in lowercase)
- Complete your application form, upload a clear passport photograph, and submit all required documents.
- Once your admission is approved, proceed to pay your Acceptance Fee.
- After paying the Acceptance Fee, you will automatically gain access to the Student Portal to make further payments.
For Freshers and Returning Students (Student Portal)
Visit the official KDU website: https://koladaisiuniversity.edu.ng
Navigate to Student → Undergraduate Portal.
Log in using the following credentials:
Freshers:
- Username: The email address used during registration
- Password: Your UTME Number
Returning Students:
- Username: Your Matriculation Number
- Password: Your password (for first-time login, use your surname)
- Student Profile Verification
- Before proceeding with payment, ensure the following details are correct:
- Your full name is correctly entered.
- The degree program displayed matches your admission letter.
- Your current level is accurate, particularly for Direct Entry students.
Payment Procedure For Koladaisi University School Fees
Payment Method: ATM cards only (do not use any alternative method to avoid unrecorded payments).
From the menu on the left, select Fees Payment Page.
You may choose to:
- Pay your full tuition in two installments, one after the other, or
- Pay the first installment now and the second installment at the start of the second semester.
Note: Students who do not complete payment will be unable to generate an Examination Permit.
Outstanding Balances and Credit Balances
- To settle any previous session balance, click “Add to Cart” before paying for the new session.
- If you have a credit balance, it will automatically apply to your current payment once you add the first installment to your cart.
- Pay only the remaining amount shown as your net balance.
- Only one payment can be processed at a time due to a ₦500,000 transaction limit.
- Ensure that your first and second installments together equal your total school fee for the session.
After Successful Payment
- Print the electronic receipt sent to your email.
- Submit it to the University Bursary Department to obtain your official receipt.
Payment Security
- All payments on the KDU portal are securely processed via Flutterwave.
- The university portal does not store or save your card details for any transaction.
